Perhaps you’ve heard people talk about Near Death Experiences, the concept of crossing over and coming back, going “toward the light” and other similar examples. Have you heard of the profound concept of Shared Death Experiences? Today’s guest, William Peters, explains what this phenomenon means as people at the end of life experience a loving connection and communication beyond the human realm. He is recognized as a global leader in the field of shared death studies and has spent decades studying end-of-life experiences. He is the founder of the Shared Crossing Project and director of its Research Initiative. He will discuss particular studies and experiences with clients, as well as his latest book,  “At Heaven's Door: What Shared Journeys to the Afterlife Teach About Dying Well and Living Better.” His findings are informed by his therapeutic work with individuals and families, personal experiences with death and dying across cultures, and his family’s own end-of-life journeys. Previously, Peters worked as a hospice volunteer with the Zen Hospice Project in San Francisco and as a teacher and social worker in Central and South America. What is “channeling”? Who are these beings? Today’s guest is Darryl Anka, who channels an extraterrestrial entity called Bashar, which is an Arabic word that means “messenger.” After experiencing two UFO sightings in broad daylight in Los Angeles, Darryl began to research this subject and became familiar with an array of metaphysical topics, including channeling. During today’s interview Darryl explains how he became a channel and what that really means. He and Lisa have a deep conversation in which Darryl talks about raising your frequency, the misconception of linear time, and how if everything is happening simultaneously, then Bashar could be a future version of Darryl himself.

Darryl also discusses conspiracy theories and how to get clear within yourself and discern to make empowering choices, rather than a decision to fill an emptiness.  He explains how we can only experience that which we are the frequency of and how we can vibrate toward solutions. This is perhaps a more advanced version of physics. When you apply these principles and techniques, you can experience dramatic and positive results. They further talk about detachment and how we really, truly do not know the best, highest outcome, but we must make positive decisions and strive for the freedom to make empowering choices. 

 

Darryl has channeled Bashar’s information internationally for nearly 40 years, providing powerful methods by which people can change their lives in positive ways.  Bashar’s information has been published in more than 20 books in the U.S. and Japan and hundreds of CDs and DVDs have been distributed worldwide through Bashar Communications.  In addition to his channeling career, Darryl also has more than 30 years of experience in miniature effects, storyboards, sets, and designs on three "Star Trek" films, "Iron Man," and "Pirates of the Caribbean," among many others.
