Would you like to be more in control of your thoughts and your life? Would you like to feel happier and healthier and know you are on a path of healing? Lisa continues the conversation today with chiropractor and holistic physician Dr. Darren Weissman. Dr Darren believes that if we can have rapport with our subconscious mind, we can drive it, rather than being driven by it.  We can create “mind-medicine” through our thoughts. We can go beyond everyday perception. He explains how the brain and the body don’t know the difference between memory, reality, or imagination. So, if you imagine yourself living the life of your dreams, you can begin to shift your reality. This opens a doorway, a portal, that allows us to trigger the reactive mind where it no longer reacts. We change the pattern.

 

Dr. Darren is the creator of The Lifeline Technique, which incorporates 16 various modalities of healing including Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, applied kinesiology, and so much more. Through his profound understanding of various methods, he deeply explains the language and the steps of healing. It’s a way to interpret the subconscious mind. Ultimately, we are all asked to take responsibility for our healing. He suggests we rest, eat well, drink water, exercise, and be responsible for doing these healthy acts.  

 

He explains how the body innately has the capacity to heal itself. The subconscious mind is energy. Thoughts are energy. The conscious mind is the active mind. The subconscious is the re-active mind. It is a “copy” and its role is to protect in the present moment. When it gets triggered, the subconscious mind is activated. Emotions play a key role. Dr. Darren further explains his work with Dr. Masaru Emoto and the influence of emotions over water, and therefore our health. 

 

Dr Darren talks about the Philosophy of The Lifeline Technique and shares how “every problem is a portal to the next greatest version of yourself!” Dormant greatness lies within us all. Through healing, we have an opportunity to awaken. Our very nature is one of healing. Your choice is how to react and respond.

Statistics say one in two women, and one in three men, will be given a cancer diagnosis at some point in their life. Lisa continues the conversation today with author and health coach, Chris Wark, who was just 26 years old when doctors discovered a golf-ball size tumor in his colon. After surgery, Chris decided that he would go against his oncologist’s advice and not take part in chemotherapy or radiation. After deep prayer and consideration, he decided that he would radically change his diet and explore natural healing modalities. He shares his ideas about living a healthy lifestyle, eating organic and raw food, exercising more, and reducing stress. He further discusses the profits of the pharmaceutical companies and the business of the cancer industry. He talks about how other countries are more open to alternative therapies and offer medical freedom to choose various treatments. Are positive affirmations true? And, if not, how can we convince ourselves otherwise? How can we tap into the superpowers of our brains? Lisa continues the conversation today with NYT bestselling author, business expert, and international speaker John Assaraf who has proven that it is possible to create new neural pathways and talks about how anyone can learn to utilize the power of our brains.  

To break limiting beliefs, John talks about affirming the possibility, even if it doesn’t seem like the current reality. This is a way to set up the frequency. Like a tiny acorn has the potential to become a giant Oak tree, positive affirmations can plant a seed in the brain. When there’s a disconnect between the affirmation and current reality, an untrained mind might say, “But that’s not true! I haven’t lost weight, or I don’t have lots of money in my bank account.” The wise mind asks to change our reality and see possibilities. We can become in charge of our brain. We can affirm the seeds of a new image and then a new reality. John explains that even if it’s not real right now, we can still plant the thought in our mind to develop roots. We can practice and make it “feel” real at the moment. Then, as we move toward that reality, we can take one action step each day to move toward that goal.  

How do you think it, imagine it, then behave in ways to make it reality? John explains that we are all living in a sea of energy -- a quantum field of sending and receiving. We can choose our thoughts and feel that we are worthy of success. We can believe it, then achieve it. We can tune our minds in a similar way that we can tune into certain frequencies. Visualization, positive self-talk, and positive affirmations can all be very helpful. Remember the possibilities. Brain entrainment can help to raise your thoughts and raise your frequency so you can have unstoppable success!

According to John, anyone can do this. We can all increase awareness of our thoughts and behaviors. We can practice being more aware. We can stop and breathe for a few minutes and just notice the lighting and sound. Notice what’s going on around you. Activate your awareness as a “neural” muscle. Our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors are mostly non-conscious and are based on old patterns. Once we notice this, we can place our attention elsewhere. Energy flows to where attention goes. So, do you find yourself focusing on what you want? Or do you tend to go toward what you don’t want? Each thought increases the frequency of things that may or may not serve us.  

 

Luckily, we all have choice and the ability to choose our next thought. We can flip our emotional state. We have the ability to stop and ask ourselves if there is a better way. Through self-reflection, you realize you can shift your self-talk. You can manage your emotional state. You can deliberately choose what you are going to do.  

John shares how you can release fear and create empowering, constructive beliefs. We can “rewire” our brain for immense success, optimal health, and anything else we may want to achieve.
